At Maison Balzac, we want you to cherish every piece you bring into your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Maison Balzac signature boxes and protective padding to ensure they arrive safely.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
